Our goal is to provide experienced face to face sales support and project management that maximizes merchandising effectiveness. We represent many years of specialized experience in retail, food service and manufacturing. By dealing direct, we save you money.

Our direct concept is being driven by customers wanting to reduce costs. They value the face to face support we provide. Manufacturers can’t afford to provide full sales support in the areas we serve and as a result have reluctantly gone through distributors and rationalized the higher margins.

Typically distributors keep their manufacturing supplier confidential to the end customer. As a result the customer has limited access to the technical people who actually do the work and a lack of communication often results in a low level of customer satisfaction. That is not the case with our direct contact approach.
